Exchange & Return Policy

Our Team is passionate in making sure you get the best customer experience possible. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchases. We offer the following:


We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased from our store if the following conditions are met:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be un-opened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • You are exchanging for something of same or higher value*.
  • Product(s) does/do not fall under non-exchangeable category (refer to list below)

*For exchanging to a higher value, there will be a top up of the difference in value between the returned items and the higher valued item

Non-exchangeable items include:

  • Perishable items such as Food 
  • Apparel
  • Altered/Customised items
  • Sale items
  • Earphones/ Head phones
  • Items found with traces of wear & tear
  • Non-damaged, non-defective electronics with broken seals/tampered bar codes

Terms & Conditions

  • Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance
  • Valid for one-time exchange only.
  • No items can be exchanged after the mentioned policy period.

We are happy to offer returns within 14 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased on our store if the following conditions are met:

  • Photo of the defect(s) within 14 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
  • Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
  • We do not issue returns for poor choice

Terms & Conditions

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receipt of items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same credit card used to make the payment
  • Refunds are not immediate and may take up to fifteen (15) working days to be completed. 

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
